We're talking Chevy Chase this week and his ineptness to effectively scrape cream cheese off a bagel. Cops And Robbersons stars Chase as a wannabe cop whose house is taken over by Jack Palance as part of a stakeout to catch the notorious Robert Davi. Davi is such a bad ass that he shoots watermelons in his basement but not so much a bad ass that he can't figure out that his neighbor's brother is a good 30 years his senior.
