This week on
Saturday Night Jive We watched
Meatballs Part 2 because
Bill Murray was in the first Meatballs. We've never seen the first Meatballs movie but that doesn't matter since this movie was never intended as a sequel to Meatballs. It was just a movie that resembled Meatballs a lot (we suppose as we've never seen it) that featured a character named Meathead that they renamed Meatballs 2 after the fact. Life's funny sometimes, but Meatballs 2 is not funny. There's an alien in this movie, but that's not fun at all. Richard Mulligan, Paul Reubens, and John Larroquette all waste their talent.
